Made by the Suriol family with organic grapes and traditional methods, this rosé cava delivers aromas of strawberry shortcake, sea spray, and toasty spice. Bone dry with a creamy mid-palate and zippy finish. A beautiful, value-driven sparkler: perfect for rooftops and park hangs. Although not your traditional Cava grapes, Monastrell and Garnacha are also permitted to be used in its production.
