Planteray - Pineapple Rum (750ml)
Plantation teamed up with renowned cocktail historian David Wondrich (the same wizard who brought the Pierre Ferrand 1840 recipe to life) to make this damn tasty beverage. The flesh of Queen Victoria pineapples are infused in the standard Plantation Dark Rum. Then the pineapple rind is mixed with some of their white Plantation 3 stars. Blended to taste, the result is shockingly good - all the funk and fun of pineapple without any of the saccharine sweetness you’d expect out of any liquor with “pineapple” listed on the label. In fact, we’d strongly recommend you add some citrus and sweet here if you’re making a cocktail - it’s almost a sipping rum by itself.
